Call for Parallel and Spotlight Session Bids

We are inviting bids for Parallel and Spotlight Sessions, both of which will feature in the Event Programme for the NHS Scotland Event 2026.

Please ensure you read through the Guidance before submitting your Session Bid in the form below. The closing date is 5pm Tuesday 21 April 2026.

Your title must not exceed more than 15 words
Please choose one of the following options to confirm the theme of your submission.

Your bid descriptor must not exceed 300 words. Headings and any references are limited to a maximum of 100 words.

A clear articulation of:

  1. How the work/project/initiative you wish to include within your session contributes to one or more of the event themes.
  2. What did you/your team do and what was achieved? What were the challenges?
  3. How your organisation is working towards making services better for people and improving their experience of the NHS.
  4. A clear articulation, examples and strong fact-based evidence of the impact or outcome of your work/project/initiative. What are the next steps and how can this be replicated across other areas/Boards?
