Scotland’s Health Awards 2026 Finalists Announced

We’re delighted to announce the finalists for Scotland’s Health Awards 2026, celebrating the exceptional individuals and teams whose dedication, compassion and innovation are helping to shape the future of health across Scotland.
This year’s finalists have been described as role models within their professions, trusted by colleagues and valued by the patients, families and communities they serve.
From transforming local services and championing new ways of working, to influencing care on a national and international scale, their contributions are making a lasting difference.
The nominations showcase extraordinary individuals and teams whose kindness, integrity and dedication inspire those around them to achieve their very best.
They tell stories of people who go above and beyond, often giving their own time to support colleagues, patients and communities, while consistently demonstrating the values that lie at the heart of health and social care.
These finalists represent some of the very best of Scotland’s health and care workforce. Through outstanding leadership, collaboration and compassionate care, they are helping people live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives while inspiring others to do the same.
