If your Abstract is selected

After the closing date, all poster abstracts will go through a shortlisting process to determine which will be selected for final poster design.

The NHS Scotland Event 2026 poster exhibition will combine both our traditional poster display with the addition of an online poster showcase.

The top 100 poster abstracts will be required to:

  • Create and arrange printing of a traditional A0 poster;
  • Upload a copy of their final poster to the Online Poster Showcase and;
