13:30 – 14:45
Health and social care services across Scotland face growing pressures and must transform to meet future needs. This session explores how the Scottish Approach to Change supports individuals, teams and organisations to plan, deliver and sustain improvement in complex environments. Built on evidence and shaped by the experiences of staff, leaders and people who use services, it provides practical tools and a shared language for change. Through examples from across Scotland, participants will learn how the approach strengthens collaboration, builds confidence and develops change skills, and supports lasting improvements. The session will highlight how effective change can lead to better experiences and outcomes.
