As a Service Development Manager, John Barber’s role is to provide change leadership on the strategic development of services. John has a strong focus on systems thinking approaches to inform good design driven by data, intelligence and critically engaging with stakeholders to understand the user perspective to enable improvements in outcomes and experience.

For the past year John has been supporting NHS 24’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, coordinating and assisting with actions to maintain organisational capability, capacity and resilience.
