Lesley Middlemiss

Lesley Middlemiss is the Improvement Programme Manager for the Primary Care Improvement Plan for NHS Forth Valley, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCP). Lesley was a physiotherapist for 12 years before becoming a service design and improvement programme manager. She supported various hospital and community change programmes in Forth Valley and was Improvement Advisor with Technology Enabled Care and Primary Care Division within Scottish Government. Now back at Forth Valley, Lesley is facilitating a successful collaborative approach to implement the new General Medical Services contract across NHS Forth Valley, Falkirk and, Clackmannanshire and HSCP.
