Dr Alexia Pellowe

Dr Alexia Pellowe is a GP and Clinical Lead for Remote Health Monitoring in NHS Ayrshire & Arran, deputy secretary for Ayrshire and Arran LMC and an Associate Advisor for QI and patient safety with NHS Education for Scotland. She has experience of the Scottish Approach to Service Design as clinical lead of the East Ayrshire HSCP TECpathfinders project and co-chairs the Extreme Team implementing Prescribing Reform across NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Building psychological safety, person-centred approaches to innovation, and reform to support wellbeing in the workforce are a key focus of her workstyle.
