Scott Henderson

Scott is the Head of Programme for the Scottish Government’s Health and Care Digital Front Door Initiative. In recent years Scott has put his business and commercial acumen to use as a National Lead at the Scottish Government. Working across a wide portfolio of digital health and technology enabled care initiatives he has been particularly focussed on service development and innovation.

Before becoming involved in the development of digital public services, Scott led complex change and transformation programmes in the private sector including operational turnaround, reorganisations, mergers and divestment.
