Fiona joined the NHS in 1991 as Finance Manager for the Care for the Elderly Unit. Since then she has worked in a number of planning and finance jobs and in April 2019, was appointed as Director of Planning for NHSGGC. In this role, Fiona leads the Corporate Planning Team, working across the GGC health and care system to co-ordinate strategic planning. Key work areas include the development of Annual Delivery and Remobilisation Plans, and leading longer term planning for the Board’s transformation programme, Moving Forward Together. She has a keen interest in Public Health and worked in Renfrewshire for 13 years in Planning and Health Improvement.
