Kirsty is Head of Planning and Development for NHS Lanarkshire having stated in post in August 2021. During January 2023 Kirsty also became Project Lead for Operation Flow. She started her career in the NHS as a nurse in Glasgow Royal Infirmary in 1996 and has worked in clinical, patient safety and operational management roles across the West of Scotland.
