Richard is Associate Director for the National Elective Coordination Unit (NECU), a business unit within the National Centre for Sustainable Delivery, hosted by NHS Golden Jubilee. The NECU team work to support NHS Boards with the matching of planned care capacity to Demand within NHS Scotland as part of planned care recovery using innovative and digitally supported pathways.
