Carol-Anne Scott

Carol-Anne has been with NHS 24 since 2004. She has been in her current role as a Senior Project Manager for 9 years and has programme managed the Mental Health Programme since its inception in 2018. Carol-Anne has been involved in the design and implementation of mental health tools on NHS inform, such as self-help guides and CBT apps, as well as working on other mental health-based projects such as Breathing Space webchat, and the Surviving Suicidal Thoughts and Mind to Mind campaigns.
