Suzanne Kelsey

Suzanne, a police officer since 2004, initially served with Strathclyde Police, gaining experience in response policing, CID, public protection, covert policing, and training. Promoted to Sergeant in 2018, she moved to operational policing in Greater Glasgow Division. In 2020, Suzanne joined the Scottish Police College, training new recruits and operational commanders. In 2022, she became an Inspector in Corporate Services Division, leading training for the Contact, Engagement & Resolution Project. As part of this, Suzanne had extensive involvement in the Mental Health Pathway for Police Scotland, collaborating with NHS 24 and Scottish Ambulance Service for better support for those in mental health crisis.
