Nominations have now closed for Scotland’s Health Awards 2025 and we’re thrilled to share that we received an outstanding response — with over 800 individual nominations submitted across 17 award categories. This is a testament to the incredible dedication and excellence within NHS Scotland.
Scotland’s Health Awards offer a unique opportunity to not only raise awareness of all our colleagues across NHS Scotland and its partners, they give us the chance to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of those individuals and teams who go above and beyond to deliver the best possible patient care across Scotland.

The Reader’s Choice Award will be put to a public vote in October. Once our judging panel have selected the most inspiring nominations, you’ll be able to vote for your winner in this category.
All winners will be announced on Thursday 6 November 2025 at the awards ceremony in Edinburgh.
