Exhibitor Costs

Exhibitor Costs Include:

  • Exhibition table located within the main catering and networking space at the Event;
  • Two Exhibitor representatives to attend from your organisation;
  • Entry on the NHS Scotland Event App and Online Desktop Platform.  All in-person delegates will use the Event App to access Event information on the day and all delegates (in-person and online) will have access to a desktop platform for viewing hybrid sessions both on the day and after the Event.  Your entry will include a logo; organisation profile; links to website and social sites; organisation contact names; and the option to link to supporting resources such as documents, web pages, videos and images.
  • Listing on the NHS Scotland Event Website. All exhibitors will be listed on the NHS Scotland Events website with a link to their website home page.

Costs for exhibition tables;

  • £990 + VAT for an exhibition table for non-commercial organisations
  • £1,750 + VAT for an exhibition table for commercial organisations

Please note that due to the space available within the venue, there are 15 x opportunities for Exhibitors in 2026.
