NHS Scotland Event 2026 - Call for posters now open
19 February 2026
This year’s NHS Scotland Event will take place on Monday 21 September at the Technology & Innovation Centre, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
This year’s Event programme will be delivered in a hybrid format, giving delegates the option to attend in-person or remotely via our virtual platform. Further information will be available when registration goes live in August.
The poster exhibition will feature around 200 projects that are taking place across NHS Scotland and partner organisations to support our key priorities.
Submissions are welcome from NHS Scotland employees, our voluntary and partner organisations, and other public or private sector organisations on any aspect of work they are undertaking in, with or on behalf of NHS Scotland.
- The top scoring 100 poster abstracts will be invited to display a poster at the Event as well as in the online poster showcase. Around 25 of these will also be invited to give a short presentation of their work.
- A further 100 poster abstracts will be selected to display their poster in the online poster showcase.
The NHS Scotland Event offers a unique space for collaboration, learning, and inspiration.
It’s an opportunity to share stories that matter - stories of innovation, partnership, and best practice - while reflecting on how we are collectively delivering more accessible, personalised care across homes, communities, and hospitals.
