Following a successful career growing a blacksmith fledgling business to a multi-million pound venture, Martin joined SAS in 2009 as a Paramedic progressing to the role of Team Leader shortly afterwards. He enjoys his leadership role, is passionate about mentoring new staff, developing qualified staff and sees it as a privilege to work for SAS.
