Lucy Atalla

Lucy Atalla is a Quality Improvement leader within NHS Forth Valley, with a focus on advancing quality, patient safety and whole system improvement. She leads delivery of high profile programmes across acute, community and primary care, working in partnership with clinical teams and health and social care partners to enhance outcomes and experiences for patients. Lucy is recognised for building improvement capability through coaching and applying the Scottish Model for Improvement, enabling multidisciplinary teams to test, measure and sustain change. Her work focuses on delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality and person centred care.
