David Tait

Dave is a Glasgow-born former RAF fighter pilot and senior officer who served for 22 years, logging over 2,000 flying hours on Tornado GR4 and F-35 Lightning aircraft. He completed operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, held senior defence roles advising on major UK aviation programmes, and commanded the renowned No. 617 (Dambusters) Squadron. A distinguished graduate of the UK Advanced Command and Staff Course, he also earned a master’s degree with distinction. Since joining J.P. Morgan, Dave has led strategy, transformation, and AI initiatives within International Private Bank Technology and now oversees organisational change across both Technology and Operations.
