Matt McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin serves as a Regional Organiser and the Lead Organiser for Health at UNISON Scotland. UNISON is the largest trade union representing healthcare and public sector workers across Scotland.

In his union role, he acts as a lead negotiator and public representative for NHS workers, frequently speaking on issues regarding health sector pay, working conditions, and staffing levels.
