Jann Gardner

Jann was appointed Chief Executive of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde on 1 February 2025. Prior to this, Jann served as Chief Executive of NHS Lanarkshire from December 2022, following her role as Chief Executive of NHS Golden Jubilee. 
Before these positions, Jann held senior leadership roles in hospital and healthcare management, including Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at NHS Fife.

Earlier in her career, Jann progressed through increasingly senior roles in her professional field after starting as a clinical pharmacist, training in both NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
