Lorraine Cowie

Lorraine Cowie is Director of Interface for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC), leading the Interface Division and the development of NHSGGC's Virtual Hospital and FNC+Plus, which is at the heart of the Transforming Together Programme. She is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable services that improve outcomes and experiences for patients and staff alike. A strong advocate for compassionate and inclusive leadership, Lorraine is passionate about developing people, nurturing positive cultures and empowering teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. She previously served as Head of Strategy and Transformation at NHS Highland and as Professional Lead for Health Planning and Sustainability for the Scottish Government.
