Professor Jann Gardner

Professor Jann Gardner is Chief Executive of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Scotland's largest NHS Board, leading one of the UK's most complex healthcare systems. She has extensive leadership experience across the NHS and independent healthcare sector, having previously served as Chief Executive of NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Golden Jubilee, and as Deputy Chief Executive of NHS Fife. Throughout her career, she has championed innovation, service transformation and collaborative leadership to improve patient care. Professor Gardner also established the National Centre for Sustainable Delivery and the NHS Scotland Academy, helping to build sustainable, high-quality healthcare services for the future.
