Rowen Paton

Rowen is Strategic Development & Programme Manager (Digital) at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. She is an experienced digital transformation and programme management leader with expertise in digital health, governance, service redesign and large-scale programme delivery. Rowen has led and supported national and territorial initiatives across NHS Scotland, including clinical and administration system implementation, patient engagement platforms and digital clinical notes transformation programmes. Recognised for her collaborative leadership and strong stakeholder engagement, she works across clinical, operational and executive teams to support innovation, improve patient outcomes and deliver sustainable digital change.
