Alison is Head of Wellbeing and Workplace Experience in the Leadership Cultures and Wellbeing Division in Scottish Government. 

The ambition of this Division is to support compassionate leaders, teams and organisations. By prioritising leadership, equalities and wellbeing the workforce culture will improve. Helping employers and organisations create the conditions in which all staff feel heard, valued and enabled to contribute to the delivery of care and the services that support this.
