Alison McCulloch

Alison is a Consultant Geriatrician working within Acute Medicine for the Elderly in Ninewells Hospital. Alison is the current clinical lead and is also the Consultant Geriatrician for the Surgical Acute Frailty Team (her subspecialty interest).

Over the last 3 years since taking up a consultant post, Alison has developed an enthusiasm for optimising medications to enhance patient care and promote shared decision making. Alison is a member of NHS Tayside’s Optimising Medication Workstream and is heavily involved with multidisciplinary team medication reviews as part of her day to day clinical practice.
