Andrew Chapman

Andrew joined the Scottish Government in 2013 as a civil servant and has held a range of policy roles across European affairs, justice, finance and primary care. Over the past six years, he has provided strategic oversight of GP contract implementation. 

He enjoys developing evidence-based policy working closely with delivery partners to secure the best public service outcomes for people in Scotland.
