Belinda Robertson

Associate Director for Improvement, Healthcare Improvement Scotland

Belinda oversees the national improvement programmes in the Nursing and Systems Improvement Directorate, including Primary Care Improvement, Improving Access and Community Care and Dementia portfolios supporting a wide range of work including the primary care phased investment programme, frailty and the implementation of Hospital at Home. Belinda created, developed and led the Permanence and Care Excellence (PACE) programme using improvement and a whole system approach to achieve better outcomes for children and young people, whilst delivering national policy objectives within Scottish Government.  

Belinda has broad experience having previously worked in the third sector, investment management and law.
