Carol Potter

Carol took up her role as NHS Fife Chief Executive in September 2020 having been appointed Interim Chief Executive in January 2020, just weeks before the Covid-19 pandemic emerged. Carol was previously Director of Finance in NHS Fife and has held senior roles in Forth Valley, Lanarkshire and Lothian. She is passionate about values-based leadership and an advocate for the role of kindness in tackling the challenges facing health and social care across Scotland.
