Christine Divers is the Operations Manager for Surgical Specialties at the Golden Jubilee Foundation with responsibility for the safe delivery of high volume elective care. She has a particular interest in how effective team working contributes to improved service delivery. Christine has extensive experience in delivering sustainable change and improvement within a number of contexts including outpatient and inpatient settings utilising knowledge and skills acquired through the Scottish Improvement Leadership Programme.
