Claire Dobson

Claire Dobson is Director of Acute Services at NHS Fife and a registered physiotherapist, bringing almost 30 years of clinical and strategic experience to her role. As part of the Reform, Transform, Perform (RTP) programme, Claire led the redesign of clinical services, mobilising whole-system pathways to deliver more integrated, person-centred care. Her career spans acute, primary, and social care, and she holds a master’s degree with distinction in Integrated Service Improvement. Known for her compassionate leadership, tireless commitment, and deep understanding of frontline care, Claire champions sustainable transformation that improves outcomes for patients, staff, and services alike.
