Craig McArthur

Craig started his career as a trainee accountant with Strathclyde Regional Council in 1991, before undertaking various professional roles with East Renfrewshire Council, Audit Scotland and North Ayrshire Council. In 2010 he joined East Ayrshire Council where he was Head of Finance and ICT.

Craig was appointed Chief Finance Officer for the IJB in 2015, and also led on the delivery of the Council’s transformation programme from 2017. Craig was appointed Director of East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership in February 2021. This role leads the delivery of integrated health and care services across East Ayrshire.
