David Proud

David is an Associate Director in NHS National Services Scotland Digital and Security responsible for programmes that develop and integrate digital solutions to support clinical processes across NHS Scotland. He is a member of the National Screening Oversight (NSO) Board with responsibility for Digital and Change, delivering the strategic goals of making better use of data, modernising applications and bringing more innovation into the screening pathways.

David has international experience of leading digital and technology programmes in a range of industries with a particular focus on quality, customer experience and making use of digital opportunities to tackle complex systemic problems.
