Dr Gordon McNeish

Dr Gordon McNeish is Associate Medical Director and Emergency Medicine Consultant at NHS Lanarkshire. With extensive experience across the region's three acute hospitals, he has been instrumental in modernising unscheduled care pathways. Dr McNeish led the medical implementation of the Flow Navigation Centre Plus, enabling direct clinician-to-patient consultations and reducing unnecessary A&E attendances.

His leadership in integrating digital solutions, such as Consultant Connect and eTriage, has enhanced patient care and is streamlining emergency services.
