Fiona Hogg

Fiona has been Chief People Officer for Health Workforce since May 2023, as professional lead she is working to build strong links between Government, the 22 NHS Boards and the wider Health and Social Care system to ensure the people priorities are aligned and resources used to best effect.

Fiona was previously Director of People and Culture at NHS Highland and joined the NHS after 20 years in people and change leadership roles in the private sector. She is passionate about compassionate and authentic leadership, encouraging challenge, valuing difference, promoting kindness and respect and putting people, not processes first.
