Gail MacGregor is an experienced Clinician and Senior Manager with a proven record of Clinical and Operational accomplishments in an NHS setting. 

Gail’s career profile offers a blend of clinical and operational skills that have supported her ability to negotiate across a number of health care platforms and successfully work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. As clinical operational lead for the Mental Health Hub, Gail has supported a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient centred care that, in line with  Scottish Government’s ten year strategy, aims to prevent and treat mental health with the same commitment, passion and drive as physical health.
