Hollie Houghton

Hollie is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber who works within both the Community Pharmacy Development Team and Community Hospitals in NHS Forth Valley. She has a particular interest in polypharmacy and has delivered many patient education sessions to raise the profile of services available within Community Pharmacies.
