Jacqui Brown

Jacqui Brown has been a Clinical Educator at NHS Golden Jubilee for 16 years. Within this role Jacqui supports the learning and ongoing development of all nursing staff within the organisation. She has over 34 years’ experience working for the NHS, is passionate about seeking ways to improve patient outcomes, and was at the forefront of developing enhanced recovery within elective orthopaedic surgery in Scotland. She has a strong interest in person centred care, improving the care experience for patients, carers and staff. Jacqui’s variety of skills and interests has allowed her to help staff create a culture, where clinical practice is proactive and responsive to changing healthcare needs of patients.
