Jan Stuart graduated as an occupational therapist twenty years ago, and has since always worked for City of Edinburgh Council. Jan worked in the North East locality as a main grade therapist before moving to North West locality as a senior occupational therapist. Jan then moved to the South East locality and has been there for the last thirteen years. 

Jan more recently has taken on a role as The Three Conversations Practice lead, to support the ongoing roll-out of the approach across Edinburgh and lead the first The Three Conversations innovation site since July 2019.
