Jennifer Summers

Jenni Summers is an HR Manager within the Scottish Ambulance Service with over 19 years experience as an HR professional within the public sector.  Jenni is leading on the Scottish Ambulance Services Reducing Misogyny and Promoting Sexual Safety at Work programme which encourages staff to recognise and challenge inappropriate behaviours early, with a focus on prevention to help create a safe work environment.  Jenni works closely with senior managers to achieve strategic workforce objectives and develop their people management skills and experience.
