Jess Henderson

Jess is the National Associate Director for Strategy and Innovation at the Centre for Sustainable Delivery. She provides leadership in the development and delivery of the new Accelerated National Innovation Adoption Pathway for NHS Scotland and leads on strategy and new work for the Centre. She has a career dedicated to healthcare across the private sector and NHS in both London and Scotland, at national and local levels. Jess is passionate about transformation as a lever for improving patient outcomes and making a difference. This is what motivates her to spend her career working within the NHS.
