Jo Tolland

As a CIPD Chartered Fellow with experience across numerous sectors including Community Education, Local Government, Finance, Housing, Care and Manufacturing, Jo has specialised in Organisational Development & Cultural Change.   

In July 2023, Jo was appointed as Programme Director for the NHS Forth Valley Culture Change and Compassionate Leadership Programme heading up a skilled team of specialists and volunteers. In this role she has combined her skills in OD and Programme Management with the deployment of Professor Michael West's methodology to develop a comprehensive plan of action, which is now underway.
