Jonathon Will is currently seconded to the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) Clinical Directorate, as the Clinical Effectiveness Lead for Urgent, Community and Primary Care. Jonny has a varied background with experience as a Paramedic in both the Scottish and London Ambulance Service as well as having been the Lead Emergency Care Paramedic at Croydon University Hospital.

Jonny was working as a Specialist Paramedic and then trainee Advanced Paramedic in Perthshire before his secondment and will be returning to complete the SAS Advanced Paramedic course when the secondment ends. Jonny’s simple ethos is 'look after your staff, look after your patients, and the rest takes care of itself'. Jonny is also a qualified Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician, MREW CasCarer, WEMSI Faculty and Tayside Mountain Rescue Medical Officer.
