Kathy O'Neil

Kathy O’Neill is the General Manager for Primary Care and Mental Health Services in NHS Forth Valley. Kathy started her career as a management trainee, and worked with Greater Glasgow and Dumfries & Galloway Health Boards before joining NHS Forth Valley in 1994.  She has worked in a number of roles across Mental Health Community and Primary Care Services and currently has responsibility for Specialist Mental Health Services, Prison Healthcare and Primary Care Contracts, including providing leadership to the implementation of the Primary Care Improvement Plan.
