In his role within NHS 24, Kevin McMahon applies his knowledge and experience in risk management, strategic planning and resilience to support NHS 24 meet its strategic objectives and provide a safe, effective service to the population of Scotland. 

Kevin works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure NHS 24 is able to identify risks and opportunities that enable them to respond to the challenges facing the health service. As Chair of the NHS 24 incident management team he worked with colleagues across the NHS and Scottish Government to develop new operational models that supported the collective national response to COVID-19.
