Louisa McGuire

Louisa is a Speech and Language Therapist and coordinates the Speech and Language Therapy Team in NHS Forth Valley which covers three council areas; Falkirk, Stirling, and Clackmannanshire. Louisa has led on service redesign with a focus on health inequalities and integration of services into socially deprived areas with a focus on population needs. The combined estimated population in Forth Valley is 64,000 Children and Young People of which 15,000- 16,000 are predicted to have a speech, language, or communication need. Louisa manages a staff group of 41.3wte staff.
