Lynne Hamilton

Starting at NHS Tayside in 1996, Lynne progressed from being Assistant Accountant to a fully qualified CIMA Accountant supporting the first health Non Profit Distributing Programme in Scotland. Lynne became a Programme Director, leading the re-design of local Mental Health services. During the pandemic Lynne supported the establishment of a staff deployment centre and the set-up of test and protect, before moving to Public Health as Programme Director of Vaccination Programme in August 2020. Lynne was shortlisted to the top ten of CIMA's Finance Business Leaders of the Year, Europe Award bringing international recognition to her programme work.
