Michelle Brogan

Michelle is a Service Development Manager within Digital Health and Care Innovation Centre and member of the Senior Management Team. Michelle leads on a portfolio of innovation initiatives which includes scaling up of digital innovation.  Michelle is also Strategic Lead within Digital Health and Enabled Care Directorate within the Scottish Government which is a national advisory role hosted within DHI. Michelle by background is Clinical professional with knowledge, skills, and experience in implementation, change management, service redesign and development of citizen-facing digital services.Michelle had a lead role in delivery of the ScotCap Evaluation Phase on behalf of DHI.
