Neil McCormick is Director of Property & Asset Management at NHS Fife, leading transformation of estate, infrastructure, and workplace practices as part of the organisation’s Reform, Transform, Perform (RTP) programme. With over 30 years’ experience across public and private sectors, Neil is a national leader in property strategy and sustainable health infrastructure. His leadership of the infrastructure workstream has delivered innovative solutions that modernise the NHS estate, align working practices to future service needs, and embed climate-conscious design.
