Pauline Macdonald

Pauline Macdonald works in the Organisational Development and Learning Team (HR Service), at NHS Lothian. 

With a professional background in children and families social work, and after a long career in child protection learning and development, Pauline took up a new post of Specialist Education Lead Staff Engagement and Experience two years ago. This role supports the delivery of a wide and diverse portfolio of education, learning and development work steams that seek to improve and support staff experience and engagement. This is a role Pauline describes as a real privilege. 

Pauline is passionate about staff wellbeing, and helping make NHS Lothian a great place to work.
